A week-long medical, eyecare, dental and surgical outreach program marked Cong. Bingo’s celebration of life and journey as a public servant in Siargao before his actual birthday on March 18.

That day, he was joined by several Punong Barangays who attended the Thanksgiving Mass at his cottage in Gen. Luna.
